About
Daniel Solomons is an Israeli-British composer, pianist, and music educator based in London.

He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Composition at the Royal College of Music, supported by the Henry Wood Trust Scholarship. Starting in 2025, he will continue his studies at Kyoto City University of Arts.

Daniel’s work spans concert music, film scoring, video art, and visual media. His compositions draw from classical, jazz, and experimental traditions, while often engaging with political themes, movement-based forms, and the integration of extra-musical sources.

He is particularly interested in music as a raw emotional language — something that bypasses narrative and speaks directly to perception. Alongside intricate forms, he explores the expressive force of musical simplicity: elemental, physical, and unfiltered.

His works have been presented at leading festivals in both the UK and Israel, including Great Exhibitionists and Head On (London), ZUMO (Tel Aviv), and Between Heaven and Earth (Jerusalem). He has received further recognition from the Jerusalem Music Centre, Rimon School of Music, and Israel’s Ministry of Education.

Daniel welcomes collaborations, commissions, performances, lectures, and meaningful artistic exchanges.
